Letter to Attorney General Jay Nixon
Letter sent by email from Cliff Middleton to Attorney General Jay Nixon
on January 21, 2007. As of March 21, 2007, no response has been received.
Dear Attorney General Jay Nixon, I have the following questions.
1.Why did you allow your assistant Deborah Daniels to lie to
the court of appeals stating "and certainly there is no showing
of an
altered report". Was this to take the rest of my dad's life? At
the
very least that is very unethical and possible a crime. See U.S. v Susan
Mcdougal, 137F3d 547 at 555 (8th circuit)
2.Why have you refused to uphold you oath of office and prosecute a
Class A felony of perjury in this case for the last year and a half?
When the defendant clearly confessed on the witness stand and was
corroborated by her sister in Arkansas on March 25,1999? See Illegal
Acts link on the website at www.free-kenmiddleton.com.
Sincerely,
Cliff Middleton
