Letter to Attorney General Jay Nixon

Letter sent by email from Cliff Middleton to Attorney General Jay Nixon on January 21, 2007. As of March 21, 2007, no response has been received.

Dear Attorney General Jay Nixon, I have the following questions.

1.Why did you allow your assistant Deborah Daniels to lie to
the court of appeals stating "and certainly there is no showing of an
altered report". Was this to take the rest of my dad's life? At the
very least that is very unethical and possible a crime. See U.S. v Susan
Mcdougal, 137F3d 547 at 555 (8th circuit)

2.Why have you refused to uphold you oath of office and prosecute a
Class A felony of perjury in this case for the last year and a half?
When the defendant clearly confessed on the witness stand and was
corroborated by her sister in Arkansas on March 25,1999? See Illegal

Former Governor Joseph P. Teasdale testified under oath that, in all my 41 years as a lawyer this is the worst violation of defendant's constitutional rights that I have witnessed and further stated that if Mr. Middleton's case had been brought to his attention during his tenure in office, Governor Teasdale would have pardoned him. (See 2004 appeal hearing page 42-43). There is an application in front of the current Governor Matt Blunt for a full pardon. I understand you are running for Governor against Governor Matt Blunt? The question remains under all the "corruption" shown on http://www.free-kenmiddleton.com what would you do in Ken Middleton's case if elected Missouri Governor?? Mr. Middleton has now been imprisoned for 16 years and still has not received the MO State and USA Constitutions guarantee to a fair trial. We ask that you rectify this immediately.
